An Illinois man pleaded not guilty to stalking teenage singer-cum-actress and the girlfriend of Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez in a Los Angeles court on Thursday. It is to remember that along with this court hearing Selena is also dealing with the fact that her beau Justin Bieber has been named in a paternity lawsuit.
Reports also claim that Brodnicki told the doctors his weird thoughts while he was being held for psychiatric surveillance for threatening the people by saying that he would scratch their eyes out. According to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, 46-year-old Thomas Brodnicki purportedly stalked the 19-year-old “Wizards of Waverly Place” actress between July and October.
This criminal restraining order requires Brodnicki to stay away from the starlet as well as her parents and assistant for next three years. It’s no surprise that since Bieber is such a popular figure with younger audience, particularly girls, that Gomez was probably expecting to hear such hate-filled comments.
Judge of LA Superior Court Upinker set bail at $150,000 and gave a three-year protective order which the Wizards of Waverly Place star sought last month.
According to the court documents, Brodnicki told a psychiatrist that he moved to Los Angeles to meet Gomez and had a talk with God about putting her to death.
Next hearing of the case will be held on Nov. 16 this year. Few months ago, Justin Bieber’s gal pal girlfriend Selena Gomez has received death threats after she was pictured kissing and cavorting with the teen idol in Hawaii (Pics here).
The LAPD’s threat Management Unit has took the action on threats and described it as “extremely seriously.” According to the TMZ, 46-years old Thomas Brodnicki is the man who is giving death threats to the “Love You Like A Love Song” singer.
