The Housing and Development Board (HDB) brings another great launch for the Singaporeans. The Housing and Development Board (HDB) declared that HDB is going to launch 8200 flats.

The projects will be made in the different town like Sengkang, Punggol, Jurong West, Jurong East and Ang Mo Kio towns, the Housing and Development Board (HDB) said, quoted by the Channel News Asia. he Housing and Development Board (HDB) said that there will about 5415 flats will be available in the (The Telok Blangah) BTO’s seven projects.
S$134,000 will have to pay for a room which will have three rooms—meanwhile five-room unit will e available in the price of about S$375,000. The Housing and Development Board (HDB) also said on Thursday that this is the first time that priority will be given to the buyers. This priority will be given with about 95%.
The Housing and Development Board (HDB) will also offer a total of 2,847 flats in over 15 estates under the SBF exercise. This is the largest supply of flats in a single launch, the HDB said. Previously, the Housing and Development Board (HDB) launched in October 2008.
